Does Teen Pregancy Put A Strain On A Relationship???

Most studies show that teen pregnancy is a difficult experience that any teen can go through. It can create a very emotional crisis which can result in feeling ashamed and also show a lot of fear; these actions can come out when it is time to tell your parents or your partner that your life is going to change in the next nine months. The statistics show that teen birth rates in the United States have declined over the past few years. Rates among African American's has gone down also and they have generally gone down for a few Caucasian teenagers and Hispanics.

According to adorption.com, over 75 percent of teen births are to unmarried couples. In 2010 the reports show that the birth rate for the ages 15-19 ranged from a high of 409,840 infants born.

Through all of this can a couple still last? Can their  romance still be there? From my experience with some of my friends I noticed, their relationship working and growning I see them happier than ever, for some of them who are without a significant other they are playing both roles. Will they be able to find  romance?

As we watch the shows Teen Mom and 16& Pregnant we look at these teens and we see that their romance level go from good to bad in a matter of months or even days. Why is that?

My co worker Theresa  stated , "that she feels that Teen Pregnancy can change a relationship for some people just because they get overwhelmed with a lot of stress and they really don’t know how to balance having a baby and keeping their relationship alive”.

I say try to keep the balance between the two, try to go out every now and then to that special candlelight dinner , the walk in the park, or to that movie that you always wanted to see just for you can feel that everything is normal again.
